Terms of Use
Last updated: September 8, 2026
These terms govern your use of ORTFENE (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. What the Service is
The Service draws tarot cards and presents their meanings. It is offered for entertainment and personal reflection. It does not predict, guarantee or determine the future.
For any serious decision concerning health, illness, law, money, employment, or your safety or that of others, consult a qualified professional. Readings from the Service are not a substitute for professional advice, and must not be used as one.
2. About the AI-written readings
The detailed reading is generated by an external AI service from the cards you drew. Generated text may contain expressions that are inaccurate or unnatural, and the same cards may produce different wording each time. Please treat it as one reading among many possible ones, and make your own final judgement.
3. Fees
The Service is currently free to use. Communication charges for accessing the Service are your responsibility.
4. What you may not do
- Interfering with the operation of the Service, including automated or excessive requests
- Unauthorised access, or attempting to analyse or circumvent the Service's mechanisms
- Reproducing, redistributing or selling text or images from the Service beyond what copyright law permits
- Presenting readings from the Service to others as professional advice or as a certain prediction
- Any act that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others
5. Intellectual property
The card artwork, card commentary, meanings and other text and design on the Service are original works belonging to the operator. They may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission, except as permitted by law such as quotation.
6. Disclaimer
The operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law. This includes decisions made in reliance on a reading, and loss of history caused by clearing cookies or by changing device.
The Service may be suspended or discontinued without prior notice for maintenance, faults or other reasons.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised. The current version always appears on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location, as the court of first instance.
